Summary

  • Make CI and release dependency installs ignore npm scripts to avoid @synara/scripts prepare hook failures in locked installs.
  • Update brand identity allowlist to current fork-era attributions in README and What's New.
  • Make device-helper full smoke less brittle by making required frame threshold configurable and lowering scheduled threshold.

Validation

  • Changes are workflow-level and script-level; no user-facing code behavior changes beyond CI/test reliability.
